最近去了位於銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店的高級扒房「CARVER」,餐廳從世界各地搜羅不同種類的牛扒,當中更會乾式熟成處理,作為扒迷的我又怎會錯過 ♡ Appetizer Mediterranean Octopus柔軟爽嫩的八爪魚,配上新鮮番茄和阿根廷青醬,味道很清新 ♡ Maryland Crab Cake跟大部分扒房一樣,都會提供馬尼蘭蟹餅這款經典前菜,蟹餅啖啖蟹肉,蘸上伴碟的柚子他他醬,十分滋味♡ Carved And Charcoal-Grilled🥩USDA Prime Striploin接下來的主菜,是來自美國極級的西冷牛扒,由於是西冷部位,肉味特別濃郁,肉質也很軟腍 ♡ Dry Aged🥩20-Days Coffee Grounds, Rib Eye, USDA Prime 340g另一道主菜品嘗了20天咖啡渣乾式熟成肉眼,廚師先把咖啡渣混合多種香料進行20天熟成,雖然是肉眼、牛味卻比想像中濃,配合大廚炭火上恰到好處的烹調,更多一分炭火焦香,算是我吃過最好味的熟成牛扒♡ Side Dish同樣吸引,當中最喜歡外層酥脆,清甜多汁的🧅Fried Onion Rings,還有菌香十足的R

最後來到兩款餐後甜品,Pear和Truffle,Pear用上羊奶芝士製成蛋糕,配搭焦糖香梨和雲呢拿雪糕一同享用,這種配搭非常完美。
另一款甜品Truffle,以竹炭朱古力脆皮包裹著蜂蜜芭菲,配以香口的焦糖合桃,以甜蜜結束是日晚餐
