To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同大胃王去銅鑼灣廣場1期食放題,升降機直上9樓,店員即安排座位,餐廳主要以方枱及卡位為主。自助區先行一圈選擇都很多,冷盆小食有中華沙律、味付螺肉等,凍海鮮有蜆、青口、海蝦,熱盆有小龍蝦、口水雞、炸魷魚、叉燒燒腩仔,多款中式點心。刺身壽司三文魚、希靈魚、池魚王、赤貝、馬刀貝、北寄貝、帶子全部都新鮮,沒有一點腥味,只有鮮味,放在冰面更能保持狀態。醉鮑魚超美味,少少酒香鮑魚入味食落香甜。多款壽司及炙燒壽司都好味道,加入專用醬汁,壽司飯比較細可以食多幾款。燒生蠔蠔味濃郁鋪滿炸蒜又香又濃。一口牛醬汁濃肉味濃肉質鬆軟。芝麻雞翼外脆內嫩,紅燒乳鴿好入味,仲有避風塘瀨尿蝦,黃金軟殼蟹,多種串燒,比目魚西京燒全部都好好食。最後返回自助區有多種甜品,Häagen-Dazs,Mövenpick雪糕,日韓雪糕雪條任食,係令人好滿足的放題。
