先前發現希慎新開咗地下兩層, 幾有feel, 今次就去咗呢間日本餐廳, 菜式創新又別緻, 餐廳環境同氣氛都好好。 禾日前菜三品 ($148)前菜分別係竹子胡麻菠菜、深海池魚配柚子醬油同埋吞拿魚醬油漬. 池魚刺身幾鮮加埋柚子醬油好開胃, 吞拿魚醬油漬味道啱啱好, 仲有山藥泥向底好開心! 香蔥 . 碎吞拿魚腩配脆米餅 ($98)造型好靚! 米餅幾脆, 碎吞拿魚腩好多, 上面的三文魚籽畫龍點睛帶出鮮味。禾日本格派壽司 ($178)超打卡able! 呢款創作壽司用料同造型都好吸引, 海膽幾鮮、松葉蟹肉有淡淡鮮甜味, 醬油漬三文魚籽都ok, 底部仲有壽司飯, 用紫菜包嚟食不得了. 睇落好似唔多, 但事實上擺到滿瀉! 燒和牛海膽釜飯 ($328)物有所值嘅釜飯, 和牛油脂分佈均勻, 幾乎入口即融! 海膽有另外用紫蘇葉盛住, 令到佢唔會融化落飯度, 幾用心. 釜飯飯底都幾多菇, 味道少少甜, 幾開胃.

造型好靚! 米餅幾脆, 碎吞拿魚腩好多, 上面的三文魚籽畫龍點睛帶出鮮味。
