今日去咗銅鑼灣嘅火鍋隨意門提早做冬，呢度嘅裝修好有心思，融合土耳其、法國、日本和中國宮殿風，座位好闊落好好坐。🔹️花膠雞湯鍋🐥用咗大量三黃雞熬製而成，喺依度嘅招牌😚，花膠好厚身，店員好細心咁幫我地煎開花膠放入湯度，幾分鐘後就食得，滾嘢食之前先飲番碗湯，真係好正，補充骨膠原呀🥰🔹️手切頂級安格斯牛肉(細)🐄安格斯牛肉好嫰滑和重牛味，紋理好靚，雖然叫左細分但份量都唔少。🔹️餃子拼盤(10隻)有蟹黃豚肉餃🦀🐖、黑松露蟹肉餃🦀、白松露野菌豬肉餃🐖、韭菜豬肉餃🐖和鮮蝦雲吞🦐，放係運輸帶上好得意，隻隻都皮薄餡靚。我地超中意食橙色嘅蟹黃豚肉餃，蟹黃味好出超正呀。🔹️澳洲帶子片🔹️特盛蔬菜拼盤🔹️蜂蜜菊花烏龍茶用個地球儀容器裝住，非常吸睛呀🌎
