一直都好想去呢間高級人氣韓國餐廳《柞木炭家》，我被網上的打卡照片吸引來了！🔹棉花糖壽喜燒和牛西冷說的就是這個了，幾乎每一枱都是這個為了打卡而叫的，當然我也不例外！店員在我們面前烹調，先把棉花糖煮溶，令到壽喜燒汁加上甜味，再把和牛輕輕灼熟，然後配蛋黃及飯團去食，完全係高級享受！🔹最上等牛肋骨淨係聽個名都知勁，高級食材，我們把牛肋骨燒好後，沾上醬汁，味道一流！🔹炸雞叫了半份炸雞，外皮不是坊間一般的質感，十分酥脆，沾上蛋黃醬味道好夾！🔹泡菜五花肉煲好有驚喜，以為係五花肉片，誰不知佢原來係成塊五花腩，好腍好入味！這裏的前菜、飲品亦相當出色，店員服務態度有禮，會再來訪！
