To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實銅鑼灣糖街(近維園)每逢紅日都會有大量工人姐姐在那遊走~而這家就是一定會滿坐的一家印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮 $88一直翻餐牌 第一 個令我人印象深刻肯定是這份誰會想到在印尼🇮🇩餐廳”吃飯 會有花膠湯、粉皮但不得不說真被這份的盾質素嚇到 粉皮超順滑 直接用吸的入口湯頭的花膠和雞味道👅 又香又濃班蘭雞軟!嫩!滑!沾上特有綠醬感覺更新鮮 值得一吃😆燒雞班蘭尖塔飯 $98燒雞真的有夠香!!雞肉 又嫩又多汁 配甜甜惹味醬汁好下飯坐我們對面的姐姐🧍‍♀️也是點尖塔飯 我們就有樣學樣戴上手套 再直接用手捏🤏飯吃 好有趣飯一 身較腍加上醬汁在飯上 一口接一口好吃😋拌碟的炸豆腐和脆脆的芋頭花生🥜(?)還滿特別的(而且每份的尖塔飯量還滿大的!!我們二人吃到飽飽還沒吃光 而很多姐姐🧍‍♀️也吃不光 咔咔大家有空 或是想吃點不一樣的 可以來這家是個有趣的新體驗 一齊和印尼🇮🇩姐姐們 帶上手套🧤 吃飯吧😆
