To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

錢收足，漏單是常見吧！

放工帶著疲累的身軀回家，通常都懶得煮飯，所以時不時都會經openrice order外賣自取！一風堂間唔中都會order，其食物味道和價格，個人覺得非常合理，衞生亦幾好！但係就經常漏單，今次就漏左俾木耳（已經不只一次，所以好嬲）！我知，我返轉頭你會俾返我，但我放工已經攰到X街，返屋企冲完涼先發現你「一風堂」犯低級錯誤漏單，而為你嘅錯誤我再行十九幾分鐘去攞「木耳」，你令會幫襯你嘅客人我十分氣憤！成日漏單，又唔見你漏收錢！
