To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成班朋友約埋食飯,慶祝踏入新一年🎉平時鐘意食小菜嘅我地今次一行七人嚟到銅鑼灣食通天嘅鍾菜,呢到位置方便,離港鐵出口勁近。裝修走復古懷舊風,以六七十年代嘅茶館做主題,空間寬敞,坐得舒服。呢日我地叫咗個8人餐,費事煩逐樣逐樣諗,我地個個都咁大食,8人餐應該冇問題嘅😂食唔哂最多打包😂頭盤有我鐘意食嘅陳醋雲耳,叉燒,拍青瓜,細細碟每人食少少過下口癮😋時間掌握得好,雞肉鮮嫩,一啲都唔鞋口。全晚最正係呢個上湯龍蝦伊麵,份量多都唔在講,真係好味!龍蝦啖啖肉,肉質新鮮彈牙,上湯伊麵都做得好好,湯又夠濃,每口都食到龍蝦嘅鮮味😚清蒸沙巴龍躉,我唔鐘意食魚,但試咗啲都覺得ok,肉質扎實,冇腥味。濃湯鮮菌浸菜,個湯夠濃味,令到全碟菜都好味。甜品都有唔少選擇,而且同樣做得唔錯👍🏻📝仲有好幾款小菜我掛住食冇影到😂🙈食物整體味道好,上菜又快,有機會要再嚟👍🏻
