To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚市終於重開，好期待唔使自己煮或買外賣！去APM 睇戲，同一層有好幾間食肆，一個小時時間充裕！見丼丼屋有新餐牌就試下。點左個炙燒海鮮丼 $88，加$25配鮮蝦沙律。炙燒三文魚表面熟，而底係魚生，同時食到兩個口感，而且配左粒燒元貝及蝦刺身夠鮮甜！再點左個鳥開芝士親子定食 $140，加$5配萍果醋。定食有沙律、麵豉湯、魚生、黑糖寒天！刺身蝦好奶油口感及鮮甜，三文魚魚生夠新鮮，而黑糖寒天本人好鍾意食，最後有個小甜品好滿足！😌親子丼為雞肉及蛋，蛋滑雞嫩，不錯！
