香港鐵板燒一般都比較多由集團式經營…不過最近發現多左小店形式既鐵板燒。今日大埔友帶我去"燚"試下我地點左個基本餐有頭盤…扇見…鮑魚…魚…豬扒…雞扒頭盤有煙三文魚沙律/巴馬火腿乳酪…三文魚個泡沫係用柚子做…酸酸maymay幾開胃…一粒車厘茄同一粒龍豬果…又幾夾。乳酪配parma ham原來都唔差…上面仲放左蟹籽…口感唔錯跟住師父慢慢準備海鮮…呢度海鮮好新鮮…師父調味啱啱好…欣賞個魚煎到皮脆肉依然好嫩滑…加左d魚子醬好味要讚下師父處理雞扒同豬扒…由擺盤到個sauce配搭都好好…好快就到炒飯…師父會問下你要唔要脆口d…從來無試過咁問。就要脆口…師父為我地整左個心型飯🤣🤣🤣🤣。飯炒得粒粒分明又乾身…有d仲真係脆口…唔錯唔錯之後飲個湯…朵豆腐花整得好靚…唔係甜品豆腐花…係將豆腐切到成朵花咁…甜品係pancake卷紅豆餡…呢個就正正常常啦食鐵板燒好著重溝通…師父一路煮一路同我地傾下計…講解下材料…擺盤…個sauce要支持下小店…
