Restaurant: Café de Coral (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一次在大家樂的又一城分店點了鐵板燒,令人失望的是,牛扒、薯菜和飯只是放在普通的膠碟上,而不是在鐵板上,變相只是普通的黑椒牛扒飯,自此便沒有再在又一城的大家樂點鐵板燒。但是昨晚,晚上經過food court, 遠處已經聞到牛扒的香氣,聽到鐵板觸碰醬汁的「sha sha」聲,感受到鐵板的灼熱,於是馬上點了一個。等了大概15分鐘之後,就可以攞餐,這個鐵板燒熱騰騰、香氣撲鼻,牛扒和雜菜的份量比我想像中多,令人垂涎三尺。於是,還來不及拍照,便吃了一大半。值得一提的是其中的番薯條,是剛剛炸起的,啖啖番薯肉,又香又滿足。但美中不足的是,大家樂的又一城分店只提供塑膠餐具,用膠刀切牛扒相對費力,而且容易弄斷。但是,整體而言,這一頓晚餐令人驚喜,可以再戰。
