依間鐵板燒一直都係心頭好,之前食都係食龍蝦,今次就同朋友試象拔蚌餐,非常少食同有新鮮感。沙律,加上芥茉酸汁同藜麥,醒神開胃,口感豐富。新鮮象拔蚌,配上芥茉忌廉汁同三文魚子,爽口鮮甜,有黑椒辛香,配上比較稠身嘅醬汁,香氣得怡。鵝肝配上多士, 黑醋蜜糖汁,一煎好已經油氣四溢,外面微脆,油份十足,濃郁細滑。多士加上牛油煎烘,唔會太脆同硬,內𥚃香軟。忌廉煮白露筍,下面配有小椰菜,白露筍甘甜多汁,小椰菜微甘,忌廉汁唔太滯。和牛,我地叫五成熟,可以配鹽、蒜片、新鮮山葵或者係酸汁。配菜係菇、南瓜同茄子,微微乾煎食出原味,又鎖到食材水份。牛肉油份好夠,香嫩可口,冇渣,加上鹽同胡椒輕輕調味。最中意嘅就係蒜片,香脆味濃。炒飯加上鵝肝同葱花炒香,加上漬物解膩,粒粒分明,入面有埋蘿蔔粒同洋蔥粒,口感多層次。帶子雞湯,雞湯係清湯,唔會太滯,加上半熟帶子嘅鮮甜,非常暖胃。最後係甜品生果杯,有橙、哈蜜瓜、番石榴,新鮮又健康。
