今晚去咗博康邨嘅金沙角美食小厨,係傳統有穫氣嘅熟食中心。呢度環境幾舒適,食到嘅菜式好美味。不可不點嘅椒鹽鮮魷($138),魷魚炸得金黃酥脆,椒鹽嘅味道剛好,不過我覺得可以再多一點點辣,會更有味。薑葱炒蟹($200)。蟹肉鮮甜,加上薑葱嘅香味,好味到連薑葱都食埋。蒜蓉蒸蝦($158),蝦肉非常鮮嫩,蒜蓉嘅香氣亦唔會太重,反而襯托咗蝦本身嘅鮮甜。金銀蛋菠菜($88),菠菜煮得剛好,配上金銀蛋,口感滑溜,滋味十足。總體嚟講,金沙角美食小厨價錢合理,如果你鍾意海鮮,呢度值得一試。下次再嚟試下其他菜!
