To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚和友人行去長沙灣打算近近地屋企附近搵下餐廳落腳。見到元州商場對面有一間超級光猛整潔企理嘅餐廳，加上友人興起想食川菜，就揀左八月茶室。見到餐牌川菜選擇超級多，但係麻婆豆腐真係必選！ 豆腐香滑，加上辣度適中而且豆腐沾滿醬汁非常香濃辣，餸飯一流！ 搞到我和友人都忍唔住要點碗飯扒多兩啖飯。川辣水煮牛份量都適中，可以話係超級足料，食極都仲有牛肉片，而且水煮效果令到牛肉片入味香濃而且夠辣！加上都有蔬菜墊底，辣得黎食幾條蔬菜香脆可口！再黎一個重慶雞煲，雞肉滑嫩香口，而且食上口啖啖肉，冇太多碎骨，真係非常滋味。最爽就係最後連甜品都可以係餐廳食埋！ 揀左流心西多配沙律，邪惡嘅流心西多切落去流曬餡，食上口軟糯香外脆，係心目中一百分嘅西多，配埋沙律中和口感，成餐飯食得超滿意！
