To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長沙灣幸福商場入邊嘅賓墟餐廳性價比好高，今晚約咗同朋友食個晚飯。佢哋嘅套餐有好多選擇，包咗主菜，白飯，例湯和飲品。惹味酸菜鯛魚片湯鍋魚片份量非常之大，麻辣嘅程度偏小適合所有人食，酸菜味道很濃，湯底鹹淡適中，唔會過分濃味。配料亦都份量十足，有金菇，豆卜，枝竹。中式牛柳經典嘅港式中式牛柳，洋蔥汁非常之惹味，撈飯食一流，牛柳一啲都唔韌，爽口彈牙。整體嚟講係一個鑊氣十足嘅小菜。中湯西湯兩款例湯飲落冇味精嘅感覺，晚飯飲碗湯嚟講都幾好。紅豆冰，凍檸茶紅豆冰夠甜，豆量夠足了。檸茶茶底有質素。
