呢日同屋企人長洲一日遊,話說當日天朗氣清但係始終都比較熱,咁有的話想食雪糕,有的就想掃街,咁只好各自搵好西食。對於鍾意幫襯小店嘅我,就梗係去食地道啲嘅嘢啦,沿碼頭行下行下,聽到有對後生拖友話有間好出名食沙爹牛肉麵既...咁你知啦,沙爹牛肉基本上係我最愛美食之一,聽到佢哋咁講,梗係老實唔客氣問下喺邊間啦,咁我哋就一齊搵啦,原來係大排檔入面叫做陳通記,我比較孤陋寡聞,原來開咗好多年,咁既然難得嚟到梗係試一試啦。見到佢餐牌選擇並唔多,都係比較傳統餐廳有嘅食物, 咁既然要留肚今晚食海鮮,咁晏晝就梗係食少少好啦,既然沙爹牛肉麵咁出名,咁就一定嗌一碗試下啦,咁另一半就叫咗個蛋牛治。等咗一陣間終於上枱喇~~~ 首先講一講蛋牛治烘底先,賣相正常無乜特別,味道上同出面食開嘅分別唔大,不過佢既滑蛋配碎牛都唔會太過乾身而且都幾多汁,配埋烘底多士咁食,味道整體上都好香口。跟住呢就到出名嘅沙爹牛肉麵,就咁睇佢嘅賣相老實講有啲生菜伴底已經減咗分,不過凡事就唔好睇表面先,食落先知,飲咗一啖湯,發現佢有好香濃嘅沙嗲湯底配合花生碎,比起坊間既湯底,佢都好濃稠,公仔麵都煙韌爽口,掛湯嘅情況相當好,但講到主角沙嗲牛肉,反而
