🥗韓式生牛肉 ($168) 最近愛上了吃生牛肉, 只要牛肉夠新鮮,其實生牛肉係超好食,肉質嫩滑,唔會嚡、唔會韌,更加唔會有肥膩感。同樣可以搭配炸紫菜一齊食,味道會更豐富。
(韓式炸紫菜,係韓國傳統小食,唔係炸紫菜咁簡單,係將紫菜與米紙/糯米漿黏好,風亁再炸,所以搭配食物進食,米漿可中和炸紫菜嘅油膩,同時亦加強了口感。)

🍗炸雞($188)一碟有兩種口味,分別係原味,同埋韓式甜辣醬,雞件唔大唔細,雞肉又夠軟滑,個人較喜歡甜辣味,味道較濃又有微微辛辣嘅刺激。

🥩烤肉眼($480),烤得非常亁身,完全唔會有滴油嘅感覺。而且仲伴有新鮮生菜,可以讓我包著牛扒一起食。呢個肉眼扒仲伴有蕃薯蓉,甘甜嘅味道伴著牛扒吃又是另一番味道。

🦀最後食埋醬油蟹飯($388)。醬油甜鹹適中,鮮嫩通透嘅生蟹肉海味十足;飯係黏糯嘅紅豆飯,伴上醬油一起食,勁鮮甜😋。少少美中不足係蟹膏唔夠多,以至入口每一啖蟹膏都嚟得更珍貴,要慢慢品嚐。

十分十分滿分。美食加上優雅環境,同朋友開心傾計,快樂不知時日過,直至侍應禮貌告之要關門了,才醒覺已夜深。約定朋友下次要早d入座了。
