To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日免費去海洋公園,趁機黎食有米芝連之稱的海龍王餐廳!我早幾日訂平日,想食下午點知full哂,所以book左晚餐。訂位只留15分鐘,可預先要求坐魚缸邊,呢d位得7個,建議訂位時留定。生日食滿$300送蜜汁火方脆千層前菜,其實一個菜都$2-300,所以好易食滿$300。我地另外叫左煎炸百花鱈魚膠、黑松露蛋白海鮮炒飯,紅酒燴煮澳洲牛臉頰。蜜汁火方脆千層其實是塗了蜜汁的金華火腿+炸支竹,金華火腿很咸,好在得4件,兩個人食都食得到。煎炸百花鱈魚膠很QQ, 口感很特別,值等推介。黑松露蛋白海鮮炒飯有帶子粒,蝦粒,分量都很足夠,但比較油。紅酒燴煮澳洲牛臉頰,牛肉超級淋,而且有6-7件,份量很多,很入味。Overall 係驚喜之外,suppose主題樂園的中菜廳可能唔好食,但呢到水準不錯,唯一美中不足係無蒸魚/海鮮,望住一大個魚缸,d魚游黎游去,你不其好想食左佢😂😂😂
