十月新開到而家已經半年有多,但似乎網上未有討論poppy嘅風向。簡潔黑色嘅裝修,有酒枱位,又有二人四人座位。坐吧位睇住大廚一手包辦所有出菜,完全0油煙味。餐牌款式唔多,感覺每樣都精心設計過,值得一試!*Mushroom croquette $25/pc新鮮炸到外殼脆卜卜,內餡係黑松露忌廉,軟滑夠香濃,推薦一人一粒。Beef tartare $86最底係脆皮千層薯仔酥,牛油味好香但略油。牛肉他他混合鯷魚醬、海苔碎,肉味香濃,有少筋位,鯷魚醬獨特風味大大提升咗牛肉嘅鮮味。Pluma $228先將黑毛豬肩脊肉外層煎熟,再浸入58度熱水慢煮,肉味香濃,肉質嫩滑但又保留到肉嘅咬口。碟上有三種醬汁:自製西班牙青醬、法式肉汁和枝竹醬,點汁食都唔錯,但驚喜唔大。Kiwi & strawberry $76士多啤梨、奇異果粒+蜂蜜脆餅+柚子雪葩,即席倒入西瓜冷湯+琴酒。雪葩微酸,脆糖好甜,冷湯更甜,所以整體太甜,而且份量略少。
