To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週日下午到訪了一間頗有特色的茶館小店,茶館位於香港公園羅桂祥茶藝館,遊畢公園正好入內竭息一番。茶館內裡裝潢甚有中國傳統格調,深色的木檯木椅,牆上的掛畫木飾,無不洋溢古雅氣息。而四週可見的茶具茶葉,既可欣賞,亦可選購,更可即席品嚐。單是茶葉選單,已有數十款,足以令人眼花繚亂,目不暇給。一人一盅茶碗,內裡茶葉放得滿滿。先倒掉第一泡茶,以洗滌茶葉上的雜質。再泡第二壺水一焗,即成上佳茶品。為保水滾茶靚,每檯亦備有一個電熱水瓶,可隨時用作泡茶之用。說實話,自問對品茗無甚研究,隨心選了月季白茶及清香烏龍兩款。月季白茶是花茶一種,茶味相對輕盈,當中留有少許花香。清香烏龍是青茶一種,茶香比月季稍濃,口味清新中又帶點醇厚。當然,單是品茗難免略為單調,茶館亦提供不少素菜精品作配茶之用。或許平時少吃素,又或是素菜選材有較大限制,感覺上各款美食的味道差異不是很大,執筆時只能從模糊的印象中作簡評,哈哈!龍華寺素卷:出品熱辣,煙熏香氣濃郁,素卷富層次,口感鬆脆。涼拌青瓜雲耳靈芝菇:酸爽脆口開胃之選。素豬肚冬菇炆百葉結:豬肚冬菇炆得很腍及入味,食味帶甜。蘑菇白菜水餃:菇香足,白菜爽口。香煎荷蘭豆盒子:以切碎的荷蘭豆
