To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

預早同家人食母親節餐，難得有人安排唔洗自己搵地方，準時出現就得。好多年冇行呢度，因為商場裝修過，面目全非，攪咗一輪先上到嚟。印象中應該係N年前"美X皇宮"嗰度。地方都算企理，我地人少少，就揀咗個好似樣樣都有嘅四人餐。閒日夜晚人唔多，目測都坐到七成人。啲嘢好快已經上曬嚟。講下啲餸，龍蝦冇乜肉，鮑魚普普通通，冇鮮味(我相信係罐頭貨)，燒雞脆皮好食，蒸魚ok，菜煮得唔透麻麻，炒飯甜品正路。總體食味一般la，喺旺區嘅大牌子酒樓算係咁，不過份量偏少。記得以前鴻星啲前菜小食花生有啲炸魚仔好好食，但而家就冇咗lu，得返啲花生。
