難得放假又唔係星期六日,就出左深水埗食文仔車仔麵,呢一間店深水埗出晒名,唔係閒日來食真係等好耐先會有位🤢但今日去到都要等十分鐘先有位。今日叫左三個餸配銀針粉,分別係豬紅、美味酸齋同埋手打魚肉,湯底就要左瑞士汁加咖哩汁微辣。豬紅係每一次來文記我都會order,夠晒入味😋酸齋同手打魚肉都係佢地推介既十大必食之一,酸齋酸酸鹹鹹好開胃,手打魚肉份量夠多,食落彈牙,食得出佢魚肉多而粉小。辣汁方面,入面廚房真係好隨心咁落,今次叫微辣就比左半個匙羹份量既辣汁我,建議碗野一來到就拎起匙羹望下,自己控制辣嘅份量。👍🏽
