To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為見到食評話,閒日來食米芝蓮一星點心 好抵, 最平每款點心 38元,如果星期六或日,同一款點心要 $58元 ,因為閒日放假,便和媽媽及姊姊一起去品嚐。記得提早訂位,都好爆滿, 原來係分咗三場 :11 am 至 12:30 noon , 12:45 noon 至 2:15 pm , 2:30 pm 至 4 pm ( 約 90 分鐘一埸 ) 。因為我哋都係早一日先訂,淨返早場同第三場,最後揀咗 早上十一點嗰場。😮環境係唔錯嘅,好典雅,舒服。餐具都好精緻,漂亮。😊點心都多款選擇,價錢清晰。荀尖鮮蝦餃 $ 38帶子蒸燒賣 $ 38叉燒腸粉 $ 58燕窩瑤柱菜苗餃 $ 48杏片叉燒菠蘿包 $ 48叉燒香芹芝麻蝦桶 $ 48海鮮芋角 $ 48香滑芝麻卷 $ 38其實佢點心D質素,真係唔錯👍咁嘅價錢,食到五星級酒店,真係值得一試😋服務唔算殷勤,都算有禮貌,不過食客一批接一批,冇停手,佢哋工作量都好大,所以體諒的。
