今日出咗兩個月花紅,當然要同太太慶祝兼獎勵吓自己啦!知道大角咀有間新開西餐廳,順便試試新口味。餐廳門面用咗我喜歡嘅藍色,入內有一列整齊嘅酒櫃亦係嗰隻藍色,設計簡潔,格外顯得高貴優雅。太太鍾意食雞肉,見餐牌上main course有一款係祖傳烤雞,一於試吓。上碟時香噴噴 ,趁熱食一流,表皮金黃香脆,雞肉本身可能用咗獨特醃料醃製,食落透出絲絲香草味,裏面嘅雞肉鮮嫩細緻,肉質軟滑多汁,兩人都覺得味道啱啱好,而且份量亦適中。我本人就喜歡香口炸物,紫菜椒鹽魷魚鬚就必定唔會錯過。薄薄炸漿,令外皮炸得好酥脆,入面嘅魷魚鬚就結實彈牙,配以紫菜加醬汁,一啖一口,極之香口惹味,太太亦食到津津有味。呢餐可謂相當滿意,日後定會約朋友再嚟chill吓,歎吓美酒,環境清静,相當一流。

我本人就喜歡香口炸物,紫菜椒鹽魷魚鬚就必定唔會錯過。薄薄炸漿,令外皮炸得好酥脆,入面嘅魷魚鬚就結實彈牙,配以紫菜加醬汁,一啖一口,極之香口惹味,太太亦食到津津有味。
