Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店的咕嚕肉真的令人食上癮，雖然今晚都有叫，不過食晒先醒起唔記得影相。除了佢個拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉之外，今晚仲叫了鐵板生腸同埋煎焗魚雲。咕嚕肉有幾好味就唔再多講，在場每一枱都有叫黎食就知道佢有幾多Fans。個鐵板生腸係老闆娘推介，唔知係唔係因為用新鮮生腸黎整，所以感覺上比較彈牙，而且唔會有雪味，另外D配料同埋個汁都好惹味。煎焗魚雲的煎焗效果唔錯，整得好乾身，而且食得出D魚雲都幾新鮮，味道都唔錯。最後不得不提嘅就係佢隻德國麥啤，出面好似好少見，好香麥味，又唔會太濃，真係幾好飲，用來餸鐵板生腸真係Perfect。
