To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Grand Hyatt嘅Steak House一向都出名，今次特別去試下佢嘅Steak。餐廳環境好有情調，靜靜地，幾好坐。食物方面，我地叫咗龍蝦湯，味道濃郁，好鮮味。鵝肝醬配麵包，三文魚配蟹餅，凱撒沙律，蒜蓉包味道都唔錯。反而，最大期望嘅牛扒反而令人有啲失望，塊牛扒肉質有啲鞋。除咗塊牛扒令人失望之外，其他食物，環境同服務質素都好好嘅。可能真係個別事件，希望下次再有機會試下。
