To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2018 最後一個晚餐~ 當然唔可以是但hea食片皮鴨幾時都係我的最愛之一蒸皮熱辣辣,個鴨香噴噴~一咬落去鴨油香充斥著成個口~好食!雞絲粉皮麻醬係底,粉皮好有咬口~一啖食哂青瓜雞終粉皮,有哂三種口感,食唔停口後面果個魚唇,有滿滿的骨膠原,一睇個色就知佢惹味~ 但就過油~ 碟底有一層微厚的油~上湯西洋菜~ 本身以為佢淨係得菜~ 原來佢仲有菇同蝦~ 清清地去左之前既油膩~ 拔絲蘋果~脆脆的糖衣配上微酸的蘋果~ 一絕!一咬落去,蘋果仲有少少熱~ 食得出蘋果撲左少少粉再整~ 個拔絲好靚,絕對係影相必叫的菜色~
