To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日就經過西九龍站,黎到JORDAN搵下有咩好食呢個天氣凍凍地,見到呢間餐廳寫住煲仔飯就入左黎本身就係真係想食煲仔飯既,先望一下MENU呢個臘味煲仔飯好似好吸引--原來呢度唔單止煲仔飯,連椰子雞煲都有- 最後最後,同朋友都係決定叫一個麵同小雞煲-因為天氣凍,都係食碗湯麵暖身比較好,蕃茄雞蛋湯麵 $68蕃茄湯好足料, 湯底蕃茄味濃得黎帶甜,加上滑蛋鋪滿成碗麵,簡單既食材,食得出當中既用心- 見到牆上寫住呢味黑松露雞煲, 見呢個味道既雞煲相對少見,就又試下-黑松露味同雞煲原來都幾夾雞件肉質嫩口,唔錯~-
