To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚請一個對餐廳環境同裝修都“好有要求”嘅朋友食飯🙊 記得幾個月前黎過呢度食lunch覺得環境非常正而且私隱度高，經佢過目同允許之後我就即刻book檯😂我地叫左個中份特色臘味煲仔飯，蔥爆雞煲同埋上湯菜心～黎呢度必食既一定係煲仔飯😋 佢混合左三款招牌臘味：鮮肉臘腸，臘肉同埋板鴨😁店員會幫手撈勻配料，而且佢地經驗豐富可以確保飯底有香口又唔會太燶既飯焦😝臘腸係用左三分肥七分瘦既黃金比例，入口香得黎唔會太膩👍臘肉同板鴨鹹香味十足，配煲仔飯真係無得頂！😋我同朋友都唔太食得辣所以叫左唔辣既雞煲，一黎到香噴噴😍雖然唔辣但啲薑蔥依然好惹味，雞肉肉質亦好滑～菜心面頭有啲蒜同金華火腿帶出香味令個菜味道無咁寡👍 菜心口感非常爽脆～難得呢個咁"高要求"既朋友都好滿意，我真係覺得好欣慰😂😂😂
