To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有嘗試星馬菜,印象中星馬菜不外乎肉骨茶,海南雞飯還有炒貴叼等等。這次到鰂魚涌光顧的這間餐廳,就正正可以滿足愛吃經典星馬菜的我。例牌海南雞非常夠份量,大概有半隻雞。雞件充滿油香,配搭海南雞醬汁,忠實還原星馬味道。肉骨茶非常足料,份量大概有四小碗,排骨大大件,由於點的是馬來西亞式的肉骨茶,所以排骨略帶點藥材味。炒貴叼由貴叼和油麵兩種不同的面炒制而成,炒得好有鑊氣。 最後點的豬頸肉, 烤得剛剛好, 食落味道唔錯。
