一有時間,PJ 都會周圍去搵d好味或有特色的食店幫襯,總之係好食的,我地都會去。而今晚,我地就去咗位於鰂魚涌太古坊旁這條食街的"隨心",想知這間星馬餐廳有咩過人之處吸引到我們來這裡?睇完就知喇。一入店內就被那幅攪鬼的獅城3D壁畫吸引,而一早已到的朋友L已急不及待先叫了沙嗲串燒($65~豬雞各三串) 及沙嗲黃金豆腐($48) 醫肚,我們剛好一坐低就有得食。串燒醃得夠入味,帶香甜的沙嗲醬內有好多花生碎,我較喜歡肉質鬆軟的豬肉串。至於黃金豆腐,炸得香口,配埋沙嗲醬一口一件,送啤酒一流。我倆雖不喝酒,但見友人M 及L好爽咁一邊飲來自新加坡的老虎啤酒($28) 一邊食這些小食,決定叫多個參巴雞翼($48)。這個雞翼火喉炸得剛好,嫩滑無比,非常香口好味,就連一向不好雞翼的阿J都輕易消滅一隻。跟住到主菜啦,先來海鮮喇沙($85)~ 這碗喇沙份量夠哂大,豐富的材料包括蝦、帶子、魚片蟹柳同埋半隻留心蛋,這個喇沙湯底對我來說辣度剛好。跟住是今晚的第一推介~海南雞($228)。超嫩滑,有雞味,煮的時間剛好,皮亦有彈性,這隻雞有料到,而附上的雞湯亦清甜。食咗咁多野,都係時候飲番個湯潤下喉嚨,見個喇沙湯底對板,
