To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一有時間,PJ 都會周圍去搵d好味或有特色的食店幫襯,總之係好食的,我地都會去。而今晚,我地就去咗位於鰂魚涌太古坊旁這條食街的"隨心",想知這間星馬餐廳有咩過人之處吸引到我們來這裡?睇完就知喇。一入店內就被那幅攪鬼的獅城3D壁畫吸引,而一早已到的朋友L已急不及待先叫了沙嗲串燒($65~豬雞各三串) 及沙嗲黃金豆腐($48) 醫肚,我們剛好一坐低就有得食。串燒醃得夠入味,帶香甜的沙嗲醬內有好多花生碎,我較喜歡肉質鬆軟的豬肉串。至於黃金豆腐,炸得香口,配埋沙嗲醬一口一件,送啤酒一流。我倆雖不喝酒,但見友人M 及L好爽咁一邊飲來自新加坡的老虎啤酒($28) 一邊食這些小食,決定叫多個參巴雞翼($48)。這個雞翼火喉炸得剛好,嫩滑無比,非常香口好味,就連一向不好雞翼的阿J都輕易消滅一隻。跟住到主菜啦,先來海鮮喇沙($85)~ 這碗喇沙份量夠哂大,豐富的材料包括蝦、帶子、魚片蟹柳同埋半隻留心蛋,這個喇沙湯底對我來說辣度剛好。跟住是今晚的第一推介~海南雞($228)。超嫩滑,有雞味,煮的時間剛好,皮亦有彈性,這隻雞有料到,而附上的雞湯亦清甜。食咗咁多野,都係時候飲番個湯潤下喉嚨,見個喇沙湯底對板,

食咗咁多野,都係時候飲番個湯潤下喉嚨,見個喇沙湯底對板,估計佢地個肉骨茶都應該唔會差得去邊。由於阿J 一向鍾情胡椒,所以我們點了以白胡椒為主的新加坡玉骨茶($98)。湯內的蘿蔔夠腍及甜,盡吸玉骨茶的精華,而內排亦熬煮得入味肉嫩,飲完二碗已全身發㷫出汗,可能係白胡椒發揮驅寒濕的功效。

友人見一大伙人喝得興起,提議追加一個正宗馬來西亞版的玉骨茶($108)。這版本的藥材份量極多,味道香濃,偏甜,藥材味頓時遍佈全店,湯內的一字骨又腍又入味。

最後兩道菜都是香口惹味的; 麥皮蝦($208) 及馬拉盞炒通菜($58)。蝦選用新鮮中蝦,蝦肉爽口啖啖肉,麥皮炸得乾身香脆,感覺有點像黃金蝦,分別在於麥皮比蛋黃健康得多了,阿J 批准我可痛快地吃。

吃著笑著,很快又一晚。飯後跟友人道別後,我與阿J於這條"太古坊食街"海光街一帶散步拍拖,發覺這帶的食肆種類繁多,競爭頗激烈,稍為欠缺自己賣點及特色的食肆應該都難以生存,而今晚的"隨心",除了有正宗的星馬菜外,我認為更重要的是它所標榜的不加味精,我們散步直至駛車回家的這一個鐘,一丁點口渴的感覺也沒有,抵讚。
