To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於海光街十二號地舖的這間名叫「隨心」馬拉菜餐廳。餐廳位置交通方便，地方寬闊，擁有多張餐檯坐位舒適，装修也别具風格。海南雞飯海南雞雞肉香滑，蘸上餐廳自製的三款醬汁，更令海南雞的口感鲜明，海南雞飯也香味濃郁。隨餐還奉上少許開胃前菜，少許酸甜的感覺。肉骨茶香味撲鼻的肉骨茶，聞到濃濃的香味，湯汁喝起來感覺甘香，肉排淋滑，配上香脆的油條吃起來更好吃，喝下去感覺全身暖暖的，好有滋補養生的感覺。慢煮牛肉喇沙熱氣騰騰的，慢煮牛肉喇沙，賣相討好，香味俱全好，只看賣相已令人食指大動！牛肉淋而且很入味，魚片也好有口感，濃濃的椰漿香味湯底帶有少許辣味，吃起來更加開胃，再吃上爽脆的芽菜，更令這碗滲滲喇沙加分！
