To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢晚隨意喺鰂魚涌搵間餐廳食晚飯於是就揀咗呢間東南亞菜嘅餐廳🥰隨心海南雞飯食得馬來野就會好想食海南雞呢度嘅海南雞係無骨㗎而且肥瘦分明雞皮仲好爽口添㗎🐥 如果唔鍾意太肥膩嘅朋友去肥都非常容易雞肉非常嫩滑海南雞仲配上油飯風味十足隨海南雞飯仲附上一碗雞湯🍲海鮮喇沙呢度嘅喇沙同外面嘅滲滲有啲分別除咗有米粉之外仲有瀨粉😮 估唔到個配搭咁好味瀨粉比起坊間嘅米線更有咬口喇沙湯底味道濃郁椰奶味香濃令人忍唔住一啖接着一啖咁飲😂 面頭有好豐富嘅材料包括有兩隻鮮蝦帆立貝魚片蟹柳豆卜大量芽菜同埋半隻蛋🍳 最鍾意就係佢個豆卜可以索晒啲汁Hoegarden蜜桃白啤酒見到牆上面嘅poster做緊promotion 呢個白啤酒買一送一🍻 所以就同友人一人一支開心吓🫢 呢度嘅店員服務好好除咗有開瓶服務仲幫你斟埋啤酒呢間東南亞餐廳嘅食物都算抵食喺鰂魚涌呢頭返工嘅朋友就可以去試吓啦🤗
