To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近很想念東南亞菜，網路上看到在鰂魚湧新開了一家東南亞餐廳很人氣便和朋友來試試看。從鰂魚湧地鐵站出來大概走5分鐘就到餐廳，非常好找。餐廳不大，但晚上人也蠻多幸好訂了座位。來之前就已經想好要點什麽了哈哈！吃東南亞菜當然要試海南雞飯！雞肉很滑很香，味道不會鹹，配上雞油飯非常贊！我們還點了海鮮叻沙,用了米粉和瀨粉兩種麺煮，裏面有豆腐卜，蝦，魚餅和蛋等等。如果椰醬味再濃一點會更好，不過味道也算是地道正宗！而且吃完麺不會覺得口渴，我想應該沒放什麽味精。最後還叫了印度薄餅配咖喱汁。薄餅味道濃郁香酥，配上香濃的咖喱汁超好吃的（>∀<）兩個人結賬不到200塊，晚餐價錢非常親民，味道也很好，大家可以去試試看哦！(≧∇≦*)
