To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境方面：４星餐廳里面的位置很寬敞，有卡位，坐得幾寬鬆闊落，可以一大群人一起聚餐，也可以一兩人獨自一桌。侍應都經常拎著抹布四處抹桌，衛生整理得不錯。而且，侍應的服務態度很好，會熱情介紹餐單上的食物。食物方面：沙爹串燒：４星４串串燒里有２串豬肉、２串雞肉，肉質細嫩不老，啖啖肉。最令我覺得有點小驚奇的是沙爹醬料不是平時泰國會加香茅、檸檬，或者鹹香果兩種，反而是花生味勁濃，非常香口惹味！娘惹咖哩海南雞飯：５星咖哩調味非常好味，用來下飯簡直是一流！海南雞全部都是雞腿雞翼的位置（我的最愛），雞肉同樣的滑嫩，仲吸埋香濃微辣的咖哩汁，令人食到唔停口！咖哩薄餅：５星薄餅皮薄酥香，完美吸晒咖哩的精華，配上厚厚濃郁的咖哩，咬落口口感煙韌軟糯，食得津津有味！讚呀！馬來西亞肉骨茶：５星肉骨茶的中藥味很濃郁，入口第一啖有點苦，但很快就回甘感覺到鲜美的味道。豬骨也熬得很入味，軟爛易咬，其他配料也和肉骨茶一起喝得乾乾淨淨！
