To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係太古行行下街突然好想食新加坡野，所以就隨心咁行左去太古坊個邊既”隨心”食飯。行到入店內就見到有幾幅新加坡merlion同馬拉既畫係牆上，幾靚幾得意睇到個menu, 諗起去新加坡旅行時係hawker centres既美食，就心思思有好多野都想食諗左一陣，最後叫左個 海南雞喇沙 同 新加坡炒貴刁。喇沙個麵同雞係分開上，麵有米粉同米線，上面既米粉吸哂d湯可以令你啖啖都食到湯既椰香，個人就覺得唔錯。海南雞肉同皮分明，味道不過不失。佢地既炒貴刁係menu上好似話係跟新加坡炒粿條做法，味道都似既，幾好食，但係就用左河粉，同係新加坡食既唔同。成餐飯，個人都覺得幾好，算係味道算係中上既新加坡餐廳，價錢正正常常。可以一試
