To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開鰂魚涌搵朋友食飯, 知道海光街多野食就行入去搵下有咩食。朋友想食東南亞野, 見到一間叫隨心既星加坡餐廳, 入面都好多人, 我地就入左去試下啦~我地叫左以下既食物:-海鮮喇沙, 好多料, 湯底好濃郁, 好香椰奶味, 個麵係由米粉同好似瀨粉兩樣溝埋一齊, 食落都幾特別, 又掛湯。白蘿蔔糕, 哩個蘿蔔糕我第一次食, 佢係由蛋同一D韭菜粒一齊炒, 食落蘿蔔糕加埋D炒蛋一齊食多左層次, 另外點埋有少少微辣既森巴醬好夾海南雞加油飯, D雞皮爽肉滑, 雞肉與皮之間仲分離左D骨膠原啫喱出黎。油飯煮得軟硬適中, 唔會好軟, 而且好有雞油香, 好好味!!新加坡肉骨茶, 0岩0岩好夠4碗, 入面有3條排骨同白蘿蔔同冬瓜, 如果佢個肉骨茶可以加多少少胡椒辣會更加好麥皮蝦, 整得好好食, 佢D皮麥炒得好乾身, 而且個調味都好好, 淨係空口食D麥皮都覺得好正, 而D蝦都好大隻啖啖肉。話梅豬軟骨, D豬軟骨炆得好淋好入味, D骨炆到好似牛筋咁, D汁酸酸甜甜用黎送飯好好味炒通菜, D菜炒得好翠綠, 另外佢用左D好似馬拉盞既調味黎炒, 所以好惹味整體黎講D食物好食, 份量亦都大, 適合大班朋友一齊黎食呀!!
