To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隨心都搵到好野食

鰂魚涌呢一區我真係好少會黎，如果唔係因為要面試都應該唔會踏足面試完個肚都有少少餓，聽人講鰂魚涌海光街有好多餐廳，一於去搵食先果然海光街數數埋埋都幾十間唔同類型既餐廳最後就揀左「隨心」揀呢間餐廳既原因係我今日想食喇沙佢喇沙都有好幾款，最後就揀左海鮮喇沙喇沙都幾大碗，配料都算多~有大大隻帆立貝、兩隻大海蝦、魚片同蟹棒等等湯底好濃郁，飲落口唔係好水個種，係會有少少顆粒質感個種~可想而知佢落幾重料去煮個湯底椰香味好明顯，帶點香甜，但又不失喇沙應有既辣味麵條煮得軟硬適中，如果煮得太淋就會破壞左成碗喇沙一口麵一口湯，真係絕配到不得了唔經唔覺都飲左大半碗湯底~真係有少少唔夠喉~餐飲我揀左熱檸檬薏水~薏米好軟糯，好快就俾我食哂~

湯底好濃郁，飲落口唔係好水個種，係會有少少顆粒質感個種~可想而知佢落幾重料去煮個湯底
