To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚跟咗阿女去鰂魚涌食飯,佢話有間隨心餐廳本身係主打新加坡菜,但最近推出酸菜魚,所以叫埋我過去試吓!招牌酸菜魚二人份:用正宗的四川泡酸菜配起骨切片的爐魚,再配花椒、辣椒乾、泡椒,也有放入菇菌、薯粉等墊底增加口感。湯頭濃香夠熱,鹹中帶鮮,麻中帶點辣,吃來不覺油膩,鱸魚肉塊厚薄一樣,滑溜無骨,非常入味。 酸菜跟湯頭味道融合,酸中帶鮮。麻香口水雞:口水雞麻、辣、香,加上潑辣紅油、惹味的香料,配嫩滑雞肉及爽彈雞皮,直令人垂涎!凍金桔檸檬:口感酸甜。凍柚子檸檬:清爽可口。兩款都是最好的消暑飲品!
