To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隨心在鰂魚涌海光街，主打新加坡菜，由於在家附近，所以常有光顧，隨意隨時過去食。記得隨心初期只在海光街佔一舗位，現在多佔隔壁舗位，兩舗打通，餐廳地方寬敞了很多，佈置既簡潔，環境亦舒適。隨心有多款星加坡及馬來西亞美食，如馳名的隨心海南雞飯、星加坡炒貴、肉骨茶和各式喇沙等。今天就叫了午餐隨心海南雞飯(冇骨)和墨魚餅喇沙，追加飲品凍咖啡和熱生薑茶，另叫了一客咖央多士。冇骨隨心海南雞飯午餐配例湯和油飯，海南雞經上湯浸熟，雞肉嫩滑入味，雞皮肥美，不覺膩口，雞味豐富，再配上醬料，味道錦上添花。油飯夠亁身夠油水，飯粒晶瑩剔透，飯香撲鼻兼有嚼口。墨魚餅喇沙，墨魚餅味鮮，材料還有魚片和豆泡，面爽滑，喇沙香濃惹味。至於咖央多士，咖央醬出眾，稍嫌多士不夠香脆。追加的飲品凍咖啡，冰凍解渴。熱生薑茶，薑味濃郁，辟寒潤喉。
