To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近咁多好戲上畫,約左朋友食完飯去太古睇戲。見呢到裝修幾有特色,而且晚市的主餐牌選擇夠多,就入黎試試店舖主打星加坡菜,亦都有香港人至愛嘅川菜,特別係水煮魚、酸菜魚之類,我地就係咁被吸引左水煮魚、酸菜魚見得多,第一次見貴州酸湯魚 ($198/2人份),既然咁特就點都試下啦~! 2人份都算好大份,一個大盆上枱,而家天氣凍,好貼心咁有火熱住,唔會食到凍晒味道好特別,除左聞到酸酸嘅味道,亦有好濃濃的香茅味,果然係帶有東南亞菜星加坡嘅風味魚片份量多,每一塊都係厚肉、嫩滑又不散開,底下加了厚身寬薯粉、青瓜、本菇及秀珍菇等,薯粉口感煙煙韌韌,好味又飽肚 荔枝灣咕嚕肉 ($128) 咕嚕肉外層炸得很香脆,每件豬肉似梅頭肉,有口感但不肥膩,而且唔係排骨咁得肥肉同骨配菜有有原粒荔枝肉,新鮮菠蘿片(係新鮮的~唔係罐頭),洋蔥,紅黃椒等,配上酸甜度調校得剛好的咕嚕汁,水準不錯🤤🤤 有菜有魚,都要叫碟菜。叫左份姜汁炒芥蘭($88),芥蘭嫩口無渣,亦炒得爽脆。
