To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隨心食到好味肉骨茶

之前食過呢度嘅喇沙，今次就想試下佢嘅海南雞。用一個竹籃裝住，幾靚，有啲似台式餐廳。我食海南雞都好睇重啲飯架。呢度嘅飯都煮得唔錯，唔會煮得太淋或者太濕，米飯幾鬆軟。海南雞肉嫩滑軟淋，好味。醬汁都唔錯嘅。配菜會有木耳絲，增加口感。我地仲叫多咗份沙嗲串燒，有六串咁多，我地揀咗豬和雞雙拼。沙嗲醬好有特色，面頭仲有啲花生，仲神奇嘅係醬汁係熱嘅！好正！之後仲叫咗一個新加坡肉骨茶（比較偏胡椒味），以前我就一直唔鐘意肉骨茶，覺得味道好怪，好重藥材味，不過試咗呢度嘅肉骨茶先發現原來唔係肉骨茶唔好飲，係有啲餐廳嘅肉骨茶唔好飲姐。飲落好正，配料又多，撈埋飯食更正。
