To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海南雞喇沙喇沙係去食星馬餐牌必點之一隨心既喇沙湯底椰奶味較重，仲又不太油膩，平時食喇沙好多時都係油麵溝米粉，但呢度特别d係米線溝米粉海南雞已經去左骨，肉質好滑，好味道呀皮同肉好易分開，好方便唔食皮既健康人士新加坡炒貴刁炒貴刁又係星馬菜必食之一一上台已經聞到好香，炒得乾身唔會油淋淋，有雞絲，蝦，臘腸一齊炒獲氣十足參巴蜜糖骨應該用左參巴醬同蜜糖煮成甜甜地，但又帶輕微辣，好惹味唷黑蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕有分黑同白首選緊係食黑蘿蔔糕，黑蘿蔔糕係用左甜豉油，同隨心既秘制醬料加蛋絲去炒，食落有d咸香味，好食👍🏾
