收工返鰂魚涌,原本同朋友係想食喇沙,點知入到餐廳,侍應同我地介紹新野,川菜麻辣沸騰魚,講到好吸引,重點係開正我麻辣既開關掣。估唔到入星馬餐廳竟然係食川菜,重要有水準~招牌沸騰魚個湯好濃郁鮮甜,少少麻辣,小辣但夠麻,又唔會麻好耐,而且有啲胡椒味。魚就超滑、而且勁足料,成個菜重有青瓜、秀珍菇、寬粉等配菜。上枱重有個火熱住佢,唔怕凍左。麻香辣子牛柳粒望落勁多辣椒,但都係小辣,啱啱炒出黎勁香,重有炸到好香脆嘅腰果,而牛柳粒係一口一粒,小小肥,唔會靭,好食~欖菜肉未炒秋葵呢個叫既時候無估到都係香辣野🤣,點知上到枱先發現原來都係辣炒,同埋肉碎欖菜一齊炒,勁香。呢個秋葵係可以空口食,好夠味,但想食埋d欖菜肉碎,最好配個白飯,偏濃味。重叫左凍檸檬薏米水同桂花紅茶。我係飲檸檬薏米水,有得飲又有咬口,同埋係低糖,唔太甜👍🏻
