To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇去過星加坡，特別掛住D坡菜，所以今日特別嚟回味坡菜。海鮮喇沙，睇個樣就夠殺食，好似好辣，但食落就啱晒我唔食得辣嘅人，正中下懷，料足($88)。海南雞飯，要肶加$10，賣相同埋味道跟星加坡的差不多，而且夠件口，大件夾抵食（$95）。肉骨茶一鍋上，足夠四人份量，啱我喜歡偏小小甜的人仕口味（$108)。外婆肉絲煎麵，又係夠份量，嗰啲麵煎得脆卜卜，鋪上一層肉條，什菇芽菜等的芡汁，十分好味（$118）。好似越嚟越開胃，再嚟多一個廚皇炒飯，又係料多夾大碟（$108）。
