To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左朋友係鰂魚涌食飯，朋友介紹小弟去隨心食，同我講話環境又好，野食又好食，所以小弟就去左隨心喇。小弟同朋友叫左隨心海南雞飯同亞參鳳梨咕嚕肉。隨心海南雞飯雞好滑好有雞味，油飯亦好香好好食，雞湯好濃郁雞味。小弟食過既海南雞之中，算係屬於上品。亞參鳳梨咕嚕肉賣相相當之靚，咕嚕肉炸得好脆，而肉好嫩好Juice。加上個汁好特別，唔同出面大排擋既酸甜咕嚕肉，別有一番風味。雖則是好好食，但作為配菜既洋蔥對小弟黎講就太辣喇，原全放唔到入口添。
