To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蠔身脹卜卜非常飽滿,入口一啲都唔腥。輕輕酥炸過好香口。加上煙肉同薑蔥等調味,口感惹味!


💫黑毛豬肋肉日式煲仔飯($188)
老闆好豪爽喎!成個煲仔飯鋪滿黑毛豬肋肉,豬肋肉肉味好濃郁,件件juicy 又嫩滑,豬肉肉汁滲晒落下面嘅白飯。將個溫泉蛋篤穿,夾埋雜菌、蘆筍同飯拌勻,粒粒飯都有蛋汁包住,重口味人士可以再淋上甜醬油(我就無加汁因為本身都好夠味)。煲仔飯最緊要梗係飯焦啦,呢度煲底有滿滿飯焦香。


💫富士蘋果生芝士蛋糕配法式焦糖布甸($58)
粒粒蘋果肉味道清香,法式焦糖布甸好滑,表面焦糖燒到脆卜卜,$58有兩件高質甜品好抵食,啱晒樣樣都想食嘅我!


💫蝶豆花草莓日式卷蛋($58)
老闆話自家製,蝶豆花嘅湖水藍顏色搶眼,卷蛋海綿質感極鬆軟,草莓忌廉好香好幼滑,味道唔會太甜,一啲都唔漏,非常啱口味!

另外我地嗌咗兩款白酒都好好飲,朋友仲嗌埋Suntory Draught Beer黑白溝,佢勁讚呢間餐廳有兩溝,麥味香濃又甘醇。

食完覺得呢間餐廳真用心經營,食材新鮮,烹調味道出色,唔怪得用餐期間都見不斷有食客等位。食完我地怪個朋友自私食,食咗幾次先推介,呢間應該一早開心share 啦!下次再食過!
