炎炎夏日,周末有咩做?有什麼好得過躲在冷氣地方品嚐美食,鰂魚涌太古坊商廈內有個隱蔽好去處,由四間餐廳組成的 The Sixteen,推出周六四手早午餐 The Sixteen Brunch,每位$498起可品嚐意日混合的前菜、主菜及甜品,更設有無限添加項目,包括香檳或飲品,是與友傾談理想去處!意日混合項目,前菜七款;先來一大盤[枝豆 Edamame],一邊傾偈一邊吃,最好不過![Agedashi 日式炸豆腐]有點不同,質感比平時吃的硬,更有口感。[Burrata Cheese 水牛芝士]極美味,是我在這午最喜愛的菜式,混合車厘茄子同吃,口感更加水溶,配薄餅。我也很喜歡 [Tuna Tartare 吞拿魚他他],配意大利青瓜醬,鮮嫩味美。向來喜歡的 [Vitello Tonnato 牛仔肉配鮪魚醬]沒有令我失望,牛肉如期望中嫩滑,意料之外,醬汁帶酸,吃得開胃。[Hon Maki Selection 壽司卷]水準正常。[Gyoza 豬肉餃子]有韓式風味,皮脆餡料豐富。8款主菜中,我們選擇了 Pappardelle Beef and Mushroom Ragu 及 Robata Pork B
