Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

堅正的粵式小菜，book咗七點半都要等一陣先入得，全場爆滿，真係唔book位都唔港洗指意walk in食得到。我哋叫咗4個餸，買四個都好多好食。黃金豆腐粒外層又薄又脆，裡面又軟又滑。脆皮炸大腸脂肪比較少，外層炸得好脆，而且d豬大腸都幾乾身，點甜酸醬，邪惡但好味。川椒豬手嘅豬手唔係炆到淋晒嗰種，而係保留豬手嘅彈性兼一d都唔韌，雖然叫川椒但係只係少少辣，整得好入味。咕嚕肉差唔多枱枱都有叫，真係好食，佢個質感做得好好，炸得黎又食到豬肉嘅軟熟，唔係一味硬或者一味軟。
