朋友知我中意飲酒,但又接受唔到好烈既酒,專登pre order左呢個Sangria,話係傳統既西班牙水果酒,但做法就比傳統更上一層。入口飲到好豐富既水果味,甜甜地,唔會有好濃烈既酒精味,staff拎過黎既時間話,呢隻酒要8個鐘時間調製,由4款唔同既酒mix埋先做到個層次。

西班牙海鮮飯又一定要海鮮,仲要係多多都岩,upgrade做jumbo係必然之選。餐廳建議我地要將上面既海鮮夾走,先撈匀個飯,個飯係用左每日新鮮海鮮整,有墨魚、鮮蝦粒,仲有魚湯蝦湯,會甜甜地,可以加反少少檸檬汁,平衡反。由於我地upgrade左,咁on top既海鮮就有龍蝦、魷魚、帶子、蜆同蝦,啖啖爽口彈牙。

雞蛋布丁配士多啤梨醬,布丁出乎預料地濃味,好似芝士咁濃味,又挺身,入口細滑,回味無窮。

Overall,今晚每一道菜都好好食,最震撼係個Jumbo Seafood Paella,d海鮮又多又好味,好彩upgrade左咋!然後Garlic Shrimp in Oliver Oil 都好香蒜味又唔會over,有機會下次再黎先!
